CAPE TEAM
John and Chanon are a Father-Daughter Real Estate Team who
lived in the Cape for twenty-five years. John took an
active part in the community and served as President and vice
president of the Community Association in previous years.
Chanon spent her childhood growing up in this wonderful water
privileged community. She went through the public school
system and swam for 13 years on the Cape swim team. This
summer 2006 she played softball for the women's league across
from the Graul's shopping center. Cape St. Claire is a
great water oriented area surrounded by the Magothy River and
Chesapeake Bay. We built this website so you can
